Job summary

Luna is seeking licensed physical therapists to deliver in-home outpatient care. You’ll set your own schedule and be matched with nearby patients within a short drive, providing full-plan-of-care PT without overlap between visits.

Documentation takes 3–5 minutes via the Luna app, with per-visit pay and opportunities to increase earnings by adding visits. Independent practice with safety and mobile app integration defines the Lunaverse.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
