Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license required.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Liability insurance coverage required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients’ homes.
• Set availability; Luna matches patients within ~30 minutes drive.
• Document care in the Luna app in 3–5 minutes.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
