Qualifications

• Active PT license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Liability insurance is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes along their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive (average 12 minutes).
• Complete documentation in 3–5 minutes using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
