Luna is an in-home, tech-enabled physical therapy platform seeking licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients' homes across the United States. You’ll set your availability and Luna matches you with nearby patients, typically within a 30-minute drive.

Documentation is streamlined via the Luna app, enabling quick charting after visits. Earn per-visit pay with opportunities to increase earnings by adding visits.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license required.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Liability insurance required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
