Luna, a leading in-home physical therapy platform, is seeking clinicians to provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, tailoring care to each plan of care.

You set your own availability, Luna matches nearby patients within a 30-minute drive on average, and you complete documentation quickly via the Luna app.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
