Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with. Expect fast payments within 24 hours after each lesson and coverage under InstaSwim's liability policy.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating tailored plans, and ensuring safety at all times. Must have 2+ years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, safe and tracked learning experience for students.
• Travel to client pool locations and manage scheduling.
