Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and earn competitive pay, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply the clients; you choose which to work with. Requires at least 2 years of instruction, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet client's needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
