InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You supply the lessons and InstaSwim provides the clients, with scheduling you control and payments often issued within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Ensure safety of students at all times.
