Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care in the Sarasota, FL region. You will deliver patient-centered care to a diverse group with chronic conditions, performing examinations, and creating comprehensive care plans under physician supervision.

Qualifications

• Board certification as NP or PA in Florida.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care to patients in the Sarasota, FL area.
• Perform physical examinations and update medical histories to create optimal care plans.
• Communicate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms.
• Care for a patient panel with patient-centered approaches.
• Attend quarterly medical staff meetings and participate in team discussions.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Consult with patients and families during visits to foster trust.
• Order diagnostic testing as needed and prescribe medications and interventions.
