Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider to join our Maryland team serving Baltimore County on a full-time basis. You will apply medical techniques and principles under a physician's supervision to care for a diverse panel of patients with chronic diseases in home settings.

The ideal candidate is board-certified as an NP or PA in Maryland, brings strong clinical skills, and works confidently and independently.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA in Maryland required.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat.
• Ability to work independently with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in home settings around Baltimore County.
• Assess health through exams, histories, and creating care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
