Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support outpatient rehabilitation in in-home and community settings across MA. You will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver individualized treatment plans for older adults, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, and wellness education.

Qualifications

• Valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residence.

Responsibilities

• Attend and contribute to patient care and team meetings as a PT assistant under the PT.
• Maintain adherence to treatment schedules and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to implement patient programs.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy techniques under PT supervision.
• Document treatment plans and progress accurately.
• Maintain and report equipment status and needs for repair.
• Prioritize patient service in a compassionate setting.
• Deliver individualized PT treatments including exercise, gait, manual therapy and modalities.
