Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation for older adults in Bedford, MA and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes functional recovery in the patient’s home and coordination with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Must hold a valid PT license with eligibility in the relevant state, and have a master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or PT-related field with a PT bachelor’s) or a bachelor’s with substantial PT experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Evaluate and treat in the home or independent living facility.
• Develop and deliver individualized physical therapy programs to restore independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety at home.
• Supervise PTAs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as required.
• Manage documentation and scheduling in compliance with licensure and department standards.
• Order supplies, ensure equipment maintenance, and maintain a safe home environment.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in a PT-related field + Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience
