Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver outpatient rehab in home-based settings across the Bedford area. This role emphasizes patient-centered care and flexible scheduling while supporting a team-driven approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Physical Therapist Assistant license in applicable state(s).
• Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehab services in in-home settings to older adults.
• Evaluate and treat in the homes or in living facilities to improve independence.
• Follow the supervising Physical Therapist's treatment plan and document progress.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait training, and manual therapy as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
• Maintain timely documentation and equipment maintenance.
