Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time, mobile outpatient role. You will deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation to older adults in private residences or independent living settings under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid PTA license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid drivers license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation in home-based settings under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Deliver PT aide services and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on physical therapy techniques and home programs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and equipment maintenance.
