Powerback seeks a Physical Therapist in Agawam, MA area for part-time outpatient and home-based care across multiple communities. The role includes supervision of support staff, scheduling, and delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in varied settings.

The position emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with the rehab team, and opportunities for growth through a mentorship program and continuing education. A $3,000 bonus is offered along with benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in a related field with a PT Bachelor's.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise PT Assistants, students and support staff per licensure requirements.
• Maintain adherence to patient treatment schedules, documentation and meetings.
• Attend care conferences and contribute to patient care planning.
• Refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Consult with rehab team to select optimal therapy regimen for each patient.
• Promote safe environment and manage supplies and equipment as needed.
