Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license for the practice states.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home-based settings.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional mobility programs.
• Collaborate with supervising licensed PT to adjust treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain timely records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
