Powerback Rehabilitation to You is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy across Agawam and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes supervision of support staff, adherence to schedules, and comprehensive patient care.

The position offers a part-time schedule (20-25 hours/week) with a $3,000 bonus and opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and visa/relocation support as part of our nationwide program.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus significant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs, temporary licensees, students and support staff.
• Adhere to treatment and scheduling, document clinical and billing activities.
• Attend patient care conferences and related meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehab team to select appropriate therapies.
• Adapt care plan to patient needs and safety protocols.
