Job summary

Alpine Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team serving the Aurora, CO area. You’ll evaluate and treat patients in their homes, following APTA standards, with flexible hours and compensation aligned to performance.

Responsibilities include establishing plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating care with families and other professionals to restore function and mobility. Licensure in Colorado is required and a passion for quality therapy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Physical Therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability.
• Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or patient home according to APTA standards and state standards.
• Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being directly or through supervision/teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function and set realistic goals.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement initiatives and maintain knowledge through ongoing education.
