Job summary

Alpine Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing evaluations in community or home settings under APTA standards. You will implement treatment plans, provide direct and indirect therapy, and evaluate patient mobility and function with realistic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Physical Therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability.
• Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or residence per APTA standards and state standards.
• Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust as patient progresses.
• Provide therapy that supports and restores life and well-being, directly or via delegation, supervision, or teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current function; set achievable goals.
• Participate in quality assessment and continue professional education.
