Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or residence per APTA standards and state standards.
• Implement and adjust Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule based on patient progress.
• Provide therapy that supports life and well-being, directly or through supervision/teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current function; set realistic, attainable goals.
• Participate in quality assessment, performance improvement initiatives and ongoing education.
