Job summary

Alpine Therapy Services, LLC is hiring Occupational Therapists for home health positions across the Denver metro area, including Aurora, Denver, and surrounding communities. Roles include PRN, part-time, or full-time with flexible hours and strong compensation.

The OT will evaluate and treat patients in community or residence settings, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with caregivers to enhance patient function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree.
• Current OT licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability.
• Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing therapy evaluations in the community or place of residence according to OT standards of practice as well as state standards.
• Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and that are realistically attainable.
• Participate in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives, and maintain professional knowledge and experience through ongoing education and training
