Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Colorado state licensure to practice Physical Therapy required or provisional license allowed by state act.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; passion for delivering world-class therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in community or home settings per APTA standards and state requirements.
• Implement and adjust Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule based on patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that enhances life and well-being, directly or via supervision or teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and current function; set achievable, patient-tailored goals.
• Participate in quality assurance and ongoing professional education.
