Alpine Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to serve the Aurora, CO area with a flexible schedule. You’ll perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations in patients’ homes or community settings, implement treatment plans, and work to improve mobility, strength and function according to APTA standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus current Colorado licensure is required. Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Colorado Physical Therapy licensure required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering world-class therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations in the patient’s home or community setting.
• Implement Plan of Treatment and adjust based on patient progress.
• Provide direct or supervised therapy to improve mobility, strength and function.
• Evaluate mobility and function and set realistic, patient-centered goals.
