Job summary

Alpine Therapy Services is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to serve the Downtown Denver area with a flexible schedule and per-visit compensation. You will evaluate patients in their homes and implement treatment plans aligned with APTA and state standards, with PTA support available to assist with treatments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Physical Therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and ability.
• Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or place of residence according to APTA standards and state standards.
• Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust as patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being, directly or with supervision of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, and set realistic goals.
• Participate in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional knowledge.
