Qualifications

• Phlebotomy knowledge and donor collection familiarity preferred.
• Ability to follow regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory/compliance requirements are met in daily work.
• Lead and coach Donor Specialists to deliver quality service.
• Provide excellent donor experience and professional relationship building.
• Assist with donor screening and phlebotomy tasks as needed.
• Support drive scheduling and rebooking to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve team goals.
