Versiti, Inc. is seeking an experienced Donor Collection Team Lead to ensure on-time delivery of work and high-quality outcomes.

You will coach staff, oversee quality, and be a subject matter expert in phlebotomy and donor screening while maintaining a customer-focused donation experience. You will collaborate with multiple departments to align with organizational goals, foster teamwork, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have phlebotomy experience and be capable of leading a donor collection team.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Strong communication, problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor collection team and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety requirements.
• Provide feedback, coaching and development for staff.
• Deliver excellent donor service and maintain donation experience quality.
• Schedule and oversee collection site operations and transport logistics.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures and operate equipment as needed.
• Monitor quality results and address discrepancies with leadership.
• Participate in training and onboarding of team members.
