LifeShare is seeking a phlebotomist for our Mobile Operations Supervisor role in Shreveport, LA. The position performs phlebotomy, leads the mobile operations team, ensures donor safety, and achieves collection goals while upholding quality standards and customer service.

The supervisor guides scheduling, safety policies, and company procedures, interacts with donors and staff, and drives team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus at least three (3) years of phlebotomy experience; phlebotomy certification preferred; supervisory experience desired
• Knowledge of FDA blood-banking regulations, AABB standards, OSHA rules, and cGMP
• Valid state driver’s license and eligibility to drive per policy
• Positive, professional demeanor toward donors and staff
• Self-motivated, dependable, punctual with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain donor confidentiality
• Completion of in-house driver training with road test

Responsabilités

• Performs venipuncture and related procedures to collect blood from various donor categories.
• Provides post-venipuncture care and monitors donors for reactions.
• Supervises team members, assigns duties, and approves time-off requests.
• Manages personnel activities including interviewing, hiring and performance reviews.
• Provides training and maintains documentation for mobile collections staff.
• Monitors operating expenses and time sheets to adhere to budgets.
• Drives a mid-sized bus/van (non-CDL) to remote worksites as needed
