Job summary

ImpactLife in the United States is seeking a Supervisor to oversee blood collection operations at assigned drives and centers. You will manage staff, ensure donor care, and coordinate registration, screening, and phlebotomy tasks.

This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, driving duties as needed, and adherence to SOPs; a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Enjoy working with the public
• Have a good, stable work history
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
• Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and staff at assigned drives or centers.
• Coordinate donor registration, screening, and phlebotomy processes.
• Drive fleet vehicles as needed for blood drive operations.
