Job summary

MobilexUSA is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee the Mobile Phlebotomy team under the Area Operations Manager. This role ensures efficient workflow, policy compliance, and accurate operations across the phlebotomy sites.

You will manage scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance reviews, coordinate with management to address client questions, and monitor supplies, safety, and HIPAA standards while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in phlebotomy or clinical setting.
• Ability to coordinate mobile phlebotomy teams and routes.
• Maintain accurate attendance and scheduling records.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and safety guidelines in healthcare.
• Excellent communication with management, clients, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Mobile Phlebotomy staff and operations.
• Schedule staff and manage coverage across facilities.
• Coordinate with Area Operations Manager on client questions, concerns, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, OSHA guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews as policy outlines.
• Maintain phlebotomy supplies, equipment, and facility information.
