ImpactLife is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee blood collection operations and donor care at drives or centers. The role includes supervising staff, performing donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy as needed, with occasional vehicle driving responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, prior supervisory roles, and a commitment to following SOPs. Healthcare experience is a plus; willing to train away from home up to two weeks and to work a varied

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience expected.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with the public.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must hold a valid driver's license in the residents' state and be insurable.
• Hold or obtain DOT Medical Certification Physical card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and donor care at drives or centers.
• Supervise staff assigned to the blood drive or collection center.
• Perform donor registration, screening, physicals, and phlebotomy as needed.
• May drive fleet vehicles, including box trucks, when required.
