Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile drive buses and comply with DOT guidelines.
• Set up collection site and perform system quality checks.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Deliver excellent donor service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Rebook donors for future appointments and support automation.
• Maintain compliance with required policies and records.
