Job summary

Versiti in Dayton, OH is seeking a Donor Box Truck Driver to perform phlebotomy collection and support mobile donation sites. You will interact with donors and coordinators, delivering a high-quality donation experience while following safety and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating the box truck, site setup, donor screening and phlebotomy, and maintaining equipment and records. Prior donor/medical experience is preferred; valid driver license and box truck certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant people-facing experience preferred.
• Must have basic mathematical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and safety rules; compliant and accurate.
• Ability to deliver a positive donor experience with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a DOT-compliant mobile van/box truck safely.
• Prepare collection site and perform setup, including technology systems.
• Perform donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Provide excellent donor service and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• May conduct automation and recruit donors for automation when applicable.
• Maintain equipment and records; rebook donors for future appointments.
