Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is hiring a Donor Box Truck Driver to perform phlebotomy-related collection work and transport staff and materials. You will ensure a safe, compliant operation, deliver excellent donor service, and support a collaborative team culture.

The role requires DOT guidelines adherence and evening/weekend flexibility, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety. You will operate automation equipment, assist with site setup, maintain records, and recruit donors for automation projects,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SOPs and safety rules.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret SOPs and manuals.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn computer applications as required.

Responsibilities

• Follows DOT guidelines when operating a van/box truck and transports staff, supplies, and equipment safely.
• Prepares collection site and performs setup, including technology systems.
• Performs donor screening, mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
• Delivers excellent donor service and responds to inquiries promptly.
• May conduct automation with Alyx/Trima and recruit donors for automation.
• Contributes to a positive team culture and supports coworkers.
• Maintains donor identification and completes department records as needed.
• Observes donors for reactions and provides care as needed.
