Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field (internship/externship).
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors and explain the impact of donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep donors comfortable and returning.
• Maintain detail orientation to meet regulatory requirements for collected blood.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
