Job summary

Carter BloodCare in Texas is hiring Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Centers. You will connect with donors, help them donate safely, and work with a team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

We offer paid training, competitive pay starting at $18.48/hour plus location-based premiums, with full benefits and opportunities for advancement once trained. Full-time positions with a flexible schedule, including weekends, are available across North, Central and East Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field, such as an internship or externship.
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with your teammates to create a friendly environment so donors feel comfortable returning.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure the blood you collect meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
• Work with your team to move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
