Job summary

Versiti, Inc. is seeking a Donor Driver specialist to join the mobile collection team. You will operate a mobile van, load supplies, and ensure a smooth donor experience while transporting staff safely.

You will perform donor screening, phlebotomy, and assist with automation systems, contributing to a collaborative workplace and adherence to regulatory standards. Training and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required
GED required
1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred
Less than 1 year job-related experience. required
Knowledge of SOPs and safety rules; reading and interpreting documents required
Basic mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to organize work for productive workflow
Ability to provide a positive donor experience

Responsibilities

Follows all DOT guidelines when operating full-size commercial van/Promaster, and safely transports staff, supplies, and equipment.
Loads/unloads supplies and performs set up at the mobile site, including technology systems and quality control.
Performs donor screening (collects donor histories), mini-physical, and phlebotomy.
Responds to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with a timely and complete response and escalates to leader when appropriate.
Recruits and converts donors for automation.
Maintains product integrity and ensures proper donor identification, performs routine maintenance on equipment, and completes department records.
