Job summary

Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program (MN SNAP) is seeking a Client Services Associate for its mobile clinic team in the Twin Cities metro and across Minnesota. The role requires compassionate, detail‑oriented individuals who can manage patient check‑ins, client communications, and animal handling with empathy.

You will assist with post‑operative care, documentation, and coordination of volunteers, while supporting the mobile surgery unit and ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with animals is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and support clients during drop-off and pick-up.
• Handle and restrain animals as needed.
• Prepare post-operative medications and discharge instructions.
• Create sterilization and vaccination certificates.
• Maintain medical and client records in clinic software.
• Supervise and support volunteers on clinic days.
• Provide backup driving coverage for the mobile unit with a valid license.
