GYMGUYZ Rhode Island is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead the Rhode Island team, train clients, and expand the client base through community partnerships.

You will train clients, develop trainers, and help grow GYMGUYZ across Rhode Island, balancing hands-on coaching with leadership duties. The role requires entrepreneurial drive, people skills, and a passion for helping clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized CPT certification required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• 3–5 years of fitness experience with leadership or management experience.
• Proven success selling and retaining personal training clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by building relationships with local organizations and partnerships.
• Train and serve clients with creative, individualized personal training and assessments.
• Lead and mentor the team of personal trainers, onboarding new staff and coaching on programming and client retention.
• Maintain high service standards as the team grows.
