Job summary

GYMGUYZ Rhode Island is seeking a Personal Training Manager who will train clients, develop trainers and drive growth across Rhode Island. This hands-on leadership role combines coaching with business development, requiring you to manage a team, deliver customized training, and build strong community relationships.

You’ll work with local businesses, schools and healthcare partners, own client revenue and renewal goals, and report directly to the franchise owners.

Qualifications

• CPT certification required from NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification current.
• 3–5 years of fitness leadership or management experience with client sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor personal trainers, overseeing programming and client outcomes.
• Develop new trainers and onboard them to the Rhode Island territory.
• Drive client acquisition, renewals and revenue growth through community outreach.
