Job summary

GYMGUYZ Rhode Island is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead, train and grow our mobile fitness team across Rhode Island. You will train clients, develop trainers and expand partnerships while delivering creative, individualized programming in clients' homes, offices and communities.

In this leadership role you will mentor trainers, onboard new staff, manage programming and drive client satisfaction, renewals and referrals.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• 3–5 years of fitness experience with leadership or management experience.
• Proven success selling and retaining personal training clients.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-through.

• Grow the business by building partnerships and generating referrals.
• Train and serve clients with creative, individualized personal training.
• Lead the team by mentoring and onboarding trainers and maintaining service standards.
