Job summary

GYMGUYZ Rhode Island is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a growing mobile personal training team in Rhode Island. You will train clients, develop trainers and help expand GYMGUYZ across the Rhode Island region.

This hands-on leadership role requires a balance of confident leadership and humility. You'll build relationships, grow revenue, and coach a team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• 3–5 years of fitness experience with leadership or management experience.
• Provenuccess selling and retaining personal training clients.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by building relationships with local partners and closing new business.
• Train and serve clients with creative, individualized personal training and assessments.
• Lead and mentor the personal trainers, onboard new staff, and drive client retention.
