GYMGUYZ Rhode Island is seeking a Personal Training Manager to train clients, develop trainers and grow the business across Rhode Island. This hands-on leadership role combines coaching with relationship-building to deliver results for clients and the company.

You'll lead onboarding, programming, and client renewals while expanding community partnerships and corporate wellness initiatives. The role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to shape a growing team.

Qualifications

National CPT certification recognized (NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM or equivalent).
Current CPR/AED certification.
3–5 years fitness leadership or management experience.
Proven success selling and retaining personal training clients.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to coach and develop other trainers; reliable transport.

Responsibilities

Grow the business by building relationships with local partners and community groups.
Develop referral and corporate wellness partnerships.
Represent GYMGUYZ at events and consultations; close new business.
Own new client, revenue and renewal goals; track results.
Deliver personalized training and assess client progress.
Lead, onboard and mentor trainers; maintain service quality.
Coach programming and client retention; ensure professional standards.
