Job summary

New England Secure, LLC is seeking a Security Field Supervisor to lead our Mobile Patrol operations across Massachusetts. The role is field-based with no daily Natick office reporting, covering Boston, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest, and Worcester.

You will patrol, supervise officers, review reports, and manage scheduling and coverage for a 24/7 operation. The position offers evenings and overnights, with holidays as needed and a company vehicle provided for patrol duties.

Qualifications

• 5 years of licensed driving experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain suitable driving record.
• Availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regional travel across Greater Boston, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest, Worcester.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Vehicle Patrols: personally conduct scheduled vehicle patrol shifts using a company patrol vehicle and inspect properties.
• Field Supervision: supervise officers, verify post orders, and uphold professionalism and client service.
• Patrol Operations: oversee four Mobile Patrol routes to ensure timely, accurate patrols.
• Run Sheets & Reporting: review run sheets, incident reports, photos, timestamps, and documentation.
• Officer Management: coach, train, and hold officers accountable.
• Scheduling & Coverage: coordinate shifts and respond to call-outs and changes.
• Alarm & Emergency Response: respond to alarms and coordinate with authorities.
• Vehicle & Fleet Oversight: monitor vehicles and coordinate maintenance.
• Operational Coordination: align routes, staffing, and client expectations.
• Client Service: maintain professional relationships with clients.
