Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification must be obtained prior to hire.
• Valid state driver’s license may be required.
• Local travel may be required to support multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, customers and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Register patients in various systems and verify information.
• Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• May collect monies for time-of-service patient responsibility.
• May verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-procedure instructions.
• Transport patients as needed and prepare medical records for physicians and staff.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and accurate patient records.
