Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site patient registration at mobile clinic locations, verifying demographic information and insurance coverage.
• Enter patient data into the Electronic Health Record system (Epic).
• Collect and process required documents such as ID, consent forms, and insurance cards.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA when handling PHI.
• Collaborate with clinical and outreach staff to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service.
• Travel independently to assigned mobile clinic locations across Essex County.
