You will work closely with the Patient Access Services team to ensure smooth throughput, proper documentation, and a positive patient experience in a busy health system environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Empathy and excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and medical terminology.
• Tech savvy with computer skills and registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and ensure respectful treatment for all customers.
• Collect and verify demographic and insurance information during registration.
• Obtain required signatures and communicate forms clearly.
• Assist with collecting co-payments and reconcile daily cash in PFS.
• Maintain a safe, secure registration environment and report safety issues.
