Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform interior painting, patching, finishing and surface protection.
• Review work orders, estimate time, materials, and order supplies.
• Ensure safety and participate in HSE programs and investigations.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain repair records.
