Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Painter/Carpenter to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple commercial facilities.

The role covers painting, patching, finishing, and basic carpentry to keep structures in good repair and visually appealing for tenants and visitors. You will follow safety procedures, maintain accurate work records, and coordinate with facility teams and end users to understand drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of the building’s structure and grounds.
• Perform repairs and emergency preventative maintenance and complete maintenance records.
• Paint interior, patch, touch-up, and finish areas to commercial standards.
• Use tools for patching, painting, and finishing.
• Prepare surfaces, mask, and protect areas during work.
• Build, dismantle, and repair structures, walls, roofs, and facia.
• Review work orders, estimate materials, and order supplies as needed.
• Review construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders on work orders and prints.
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained for safety.
