Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Painter/Carpenter to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across multiple commercial facilities.

You will participate in preventive work, respond to repairs, and apply painting and finishing touches to preserve and improve building interiors and exteriors. The role involves interpreting construction drawings, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring safety and organization of tools and materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of the building’s structure and grounds.
• Perform interior preparation, painting, touch-up, and finishing of areas in need of commercial-level painting.
• Work under close supervision, utilize trade skills such as patching, painting, and finishing.
• Use tools and equipment to apply varnish, polyurethane, primer paint, and other coatings.
• Review work orders and estimate time, materials, and tools to complete repairs.
