• Basic math skills for simple figures like percentages and markups.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, repair, and maintenance of building structure and grounds.
• Perform interior painting, touch-ups, and finishing tasks.
• Use tools to apply coatings such as varnish, primer, and polyurethane.
• Repair and remodel imperfections; protect surfaces during work.
• Build, dismantle, repair structures, walls, and framing as needed.
• Review work orders, estimate time, materials, and order supplies.
• Follow drawings, specs, and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with end users and stakeholders on work orders.
• Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored safely.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety of personnel.
